Dry Eye Disease (DED), also known as ocular surface disease (OSD), is the most common eye disorder, effecting about 1 out of every 5 people. It is caused when one or all of the components of the tear film are out of balance. Clogged oil glands in both upper and lower lid margins contribute to the majority of dry eye symptom progression. Poor lacrimal gland function further reduces the production of our tears, especially in patients with autoimmune disease. Damage to goblet cells reduces the output of mucous tears which nourish and protect our sight. TempSure™ Envi uses gentle radio frequency to safely heat the area around the eyes, followed by a massaging motion to address the root cause of dry eye symptoms. The treatment is non-invasive, safe for all skin types, and there is no down time. The treatment is comfortable and as an added benefit, will trigger the body’s response to produce new collagen, tightening the skin and improving lid function as well as reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
Equinox Low-Level Light Therapy
Developed by NASA, low level light therapy (LLLT) uses specially designed LED lights to gently warm the eyelids, prompting the eyelid glands to unclog and release oils needed to keep eyes healthy, moisturized and comfortable. LLLT is non-invasive, pain and stress free and this unique treatment offers anti-inflammatory support. LLLT can also treat styes and chalazion (cysts) of the eyelids.
LLLT uses specially designed LED lights to gently warm the eyelids, prompting the Meibomian glands to unclog and release oils needed to keep eyes healthy, moisturized and comfortable.

Lipiflow®
Lipiflow® is an FDA-approved treatment for meibomian gland dysfunction (MGD), the leading cause of dry eye. Lipiflow treats MGD by warming and massaging the inside of eyelids to restore healthy oil production and improve tear quality.
